Life Of Ekene Episode 1

As soon as he alighted from the 'keke napep', he looked left and right and then looked at the photograph he was holding.
A hawker approached him and asked "Oga, you want pure water? Na three twenty naira". With contempt, he hissed and looked at the photograph again, as if he was hoping to find a million naira in it. The hawker went about her business and kept murmuring to herself. I believe she was cursing Ekene though.
With the way Ekene was hissing, if one didn't look properly, one would think q giant snake was in the neighborhood.
" What's taking this girl so long na? " he said to himself. "Hello", came the lovely voice from across the road.
Ekene quickly looked at the photograph for the third, raised his head and smiled. As he was crossing the road, he kept checking himself out.
He was putting on a vintage shirt, tucked into his slim fitted jeans, his #3500 shoe was shining and one could literally see his image in it.
When he got to where the tall, pretty lady was standing, he tried to hug her, but she moved away. " Easy tiger" she said.
"Maybe she doesn't want to appear cheap" Ekene thought to himself. She led the way and Ekene followed her to her apartment.
Prior to this day, Ekene had been chatting with the pretty girl on WhatsApp and they have been exchanging romantic messages. Ekene decided to take the affair to a new and bigger level by suggesting that the pretty girl should pay him a visit. She refused and instead, suggested that they meet in her place. This is the reason he is looking all flashy.
When they arrived in the pretty lady's self contained apartment, Ekene quickly made himself comfortable by lying on the bed. In the process, his pack of gold circle condom dropped on the bed. The pretty lady gave him a scornful look and he quickly picked the condom like a man with a burning anus, searching for water desperately. "You see, AID is real. We never can tell where an accident can happen". He quickly defended himself.
She left the room and immediately, Ekene quickly took off his clothes left with just his boxers.
Another lady entered and Ekene received the shock of his life. She was the opposite of the pretty lady, I guess you can imagine what she looks like.
She has a big lips, like someone who kissed a bee hive. She was very dark in complexion, with a disorganized dental formula.
" Why do you look frightened?" She asked in a coarse voice.
"Blood of Christ! Did you just speak or is there another man in the room? " Ekene said.
All this while, he has been chatting with the dark lady and not the pretty one. The dark lady was crushing on Ekene and decided to use her friend's WhatsApp contact to chat with her crush.
"Don't be scared my love, It's me, your sugar pie" she said.
"Stay away from me you freak!" Ekene said. Looking around the house, his eyes, searching for an object to defend himself with, in case she pulls a Maryam Sanda on him.
"At least, kiss your baby na" she said, smiling.
Zoom! Ekene quickly ran out of the room with his boxers. He ran half naked like his life depended on it.
He didn't mind the inquisitive eyes of curious on lookers as this was like the race of his life.
